Originally two hotel rooms, this compact suite today has an open feel and a cozy sleeping nook. It is smaller than a standard 1 bedroom apartment but so much more than a traditional hotel/motel room. Suite3 is a perfect suite for a one night stay, a romantic weekend or when picking up your monthly wine orders from Northern Arizona wineries and vineyards. Chill your wine in the wet bar, refrigerator if needed. We supply wine glasses and wine bottle opener.

"We will definitely be back"
- The owner, Karen, was very friendly, gave us a tour of the hotel, and gave us recommendations for fun things to do in Cottonwood. The rooms at the hotel were adorable and clean. The beds were super comfortable, in fact I asked Karen to forward me the information on where she purchases the bedding so I can get the same for my own bed! My husband and I slept for 10 hours that night, which is more sleep than we've gotten in a long time!
The hotel is located in the heart of historic Cottonwood with lots of restaurant options and hiking trails within walking distance. Our only regret is that we didn't stay for more than one night. We will definitely be back. Cottonwood is a charming town with lots of places to explore! And Cottonwood hotel is very charming and the only place I would stay!

- A very nicely restored old hotel with modern features (AC/Wi-Fi) and very convenient location within walking distance to all Old Town Cottonwood wineries/tasting rooms and several very good restaurants. Innkeeper was very nice and informative. We enjoyed our wine on the nice shared balcony overlooking Old Town. We'll stay here again for sure.

This suite has a small BATHROOM. There is a 32" x 32" shower only, a wall hung sink and no tub. There is a small dressing area next to the bathroom door with a full length mirror with plenty of shelving and cabinets for one who may need a little more of a primping area. It also makes for a nice separate area from the bath for this type of pampering in a small space. The storage window seating area has solar privacy screens and hooks for hanging towels, robes, etc. See photos below.
***If you are a large person, this historic hotel suite may not work for you. Even though our units are apartment style suites, the rooms are small. They have been sufficient and have worked for most guests that have stayed here. See our reviews HERE...
This unit is best suited for a single or cozy couple. It is at best preferred by the independent traveler/guest(s) and is chosen over other local hotels/motels and lodging by most who have had the opportunity to stay here.
