Suite-1 is an upper floor street street unit with the best views overlooking Old Town. It was originally 3 small hotel rooms, opened up and turned into a suite during World War ll. It is now 475 sq ft. and has hardwood floors throughout.
It;s bedroom is small and has (1) queen size bed with 4" memory form mattress topper and quality bedding. There is an armoire, a small closet and a small night-stand with and an AM/FM alarm clock radio.
The LIVING ROOM has:

• Vibrating Massage Lounge Recliner Chair with Ottoman (enjoy after a day of hiking or exploring the Verde Valley)

For the extended stay, this suite best suits a single or cozy couple. For a night or two, Suite 1 can sleep a 3rd person for a night or two. ***(3rd person MUST be pre-approved, as being the unique historic property that we are, we do have a maximum occupancy code in effect and cannot always accommodate a 3rd person. 3rd person fee will also apply).
***If you are a large person, this historic hotel suite may not work for you. Even though our units are apartment style suites, the rooms are small.
