The Cottonwood Hotel (a small boutique inn)... It is Cottonwood Arizona's historic and smallest hotel. What was once an upper floor prohibition-era 10-room hotel in its heyday, today are the upstairs 4 Unique SUITES. Units are all private and all with their own bathroom. Units 1 and 2 are suitable and comfortable enough for a week vacation stay.
Owner/innkeeper lives on the property.
NOTE: The stairs to the upper floor and hallway are narrow. There is no elevator. Ground floor vacation rental units have a drop down step. This historic property is not handicap accessible.
...is a favorite place for guests. It has the best views overlooking Old Town withnortheastern skies over Sedona views on the horizon. A great place for watching solar flares, meteor showers and Cottonwood's Fantastic 4th of July fireworks.
Relax on a cool summer evening with a good glass of wine from one of the local tasting rooms or a nice cold brewski from one of our local bars or enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea on a sunny cold winter morning.
