Room #2 or our John Wayne Suite (510sf) is our largest unit. This non-smoking, all private, well appointed, 1 bedroom apartment style suite is set up more for vacation rental stays.
It has 1 queen in the bedroom, a small bathroom with shower, no tub, and an equipped kitchen. The living room has two classic Franklin leather tufted chairs, desk/hutch, armoire/TV, small closet.
Large window overlooks the common balcony over Main Street.
Kitchen and bedroom views are roof & sky.
We prefer the longer stay in this vacation rental unit (sleeping 1-2), even though as little as 1 night stays can be booked sleeping up to 3.

This upper front inside unit is adjacent to the common balcony with the best views overlooking downtown Cottonwood Arizona, known as Old Town, with a view of Sedona on the horizon. It's a great place to sip your morning coffee or tea or evening cocktail.
