Are you arriving late? Want something stocked in the refrigerator before you get here?
We have complimentary (1) bottled water per person, coffee and tea.
But maybe you want a little more... Perhaps some local wine & cheese? A fruit basket, pastries, etc...
If it's something I can purchase locally in Old Town, my fee is just an additional $5 plus 15% of the cost of the item or items and the cost of the item itself.
For instance:
bottle of wine from one of our wine bars: $20
cheese tray: $15
= 35
plus my fee of $5 + 15% of the $35 ($5.25) =$10.25
TOTAL= $45.25 to have a bottle of wine & cheese tray upon your arrival in your room.

Before your arrival the suite is cleaned with eco/green safe cleaning products and stocked with organic body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and dish soap. Our towels and bedding are washed with organic fragrance-free, dye-free detergent. We use dryer balls, free of fragrance and chemicals. We've added battery operated candles for ambiance.
HOUSEKEEPING.
***Operating like a vacation rental property, our rates do not include housekeeping. Housekeeping is available with an added fee if needed. Inquire at time of booking or by giving us at least a 48 hr notice. There are plenty of towels, places to hang and air dry, cleaning products, equipment, coin-opt washer/dryer if needed for your purposes.
