We are a small nontraditional hotel that offers select services. With only five units in the upper floor hotel and one main floor vacation rental, we continue to make 1 night stays available for bookings. Most lodging facilities of our size require a 2-3 night minimum. Due to these minimal stays, we offer select services, instead of services found in a traditional hotel setting. Our services cater more to a vacation rental set-up. Because of this we are considered Specialty Lodging.
Select Services
Housekkeeping: If you stay 2 nights or longer with us, we give an automatic discount which excludes us coming in and housekeeping during your stay. If you prefer to have housekeeping we offer houskeeping as an optional select service. There is an additional charge for this. Please make sure to select this service at the online reservations.
***NOTE: Guaranteed cleanliness. Our units are well-appointed and thoroughly cleaned. We take pride and guarantee that you will not sit on our toilets and see hair, dander, or dirt in our corners, floors or baseboards upon your arrival. If you find that after your arrival our units are not cleaned to your desire, let us know immediately and we will come in to remedy the situation.
- We stock plenty of extra towels and places to hang dry your damp towels. We stock extra paper toweling, cleaner, extra toilet paper, soaps, trash bags, etc., in all of our units.
Most guests prefer the two night discount versus housekeeping. While, some guests prefer to have the rooms re-freshened.
If you've SELECTED HOUSEKEEPING, we come in between 10-2pm to tidy up your room. We'll make the bed, dust, broom, sweep, mop, if needed, clean the bathroom and take the trash out. We will not clean the kitchen/kitchenette of any unit while you are here. If you use it, that is your responsibility to clean it and leave it in the same clean condition as you found it when you entered your unit, otherwise there will be an additional charge.
