Because we do not have awake staff 24/7 at the front desk, TripAdvisor classifies us as 'Specialty Lodging'.

Since our units are well-appointed suites, we operate more like renting a vacation rental, with inn-like hospitality. We carry a vacation rental cancellation policy also. If you lock in 1 or 2 nights, we are unable to book for the longer stay. We offer these short stays as a privilege, and hold guests responsible for their bookings for their prepaid nonrefundable rates.
