This Self-Catering Accommodation, Vacation Rental STUDIO APARTMENT SUITE is best suited for a single or cozy couple. It has (1) standard/full size bed in the sleeping area. The fully equipped kitchen/living area has a drop leaf table for two, a love seat, desk and a small game end table.
This type of lodging is ideal for those traveling that prefer not to eat out for every meal. You can have the best of both world's here in Old Town Cottonwood, whether you prepare your own meal or eat out at one of the popular restaurants or cafes within steps.
• This ground floor suite has a new ductless quiet A/C with clean air and a new natural gas heater
• Assigned parking in the rear parking lot or you can park right outside the door, if it's available.

The Cottonwood Hotel apartment style suites are ideal for your extended stay, vacation rental, overnight or a weekend. It is at best preferred by your independent traveler/guest(s) for the extended longer stay and is chosen over other local hotels/motels and lodging by most who have had the opportunity to stay here. Our SPECIALTY LODGING is like renting a vacation rental. Our accommodations are not your traditional hotel lodging. We offer a discounted rate for the longer you stay. Housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee if necessary.

The bedroom sleeping area is small with (1) full size bed topped with a 4" memory mattress topper and 100% egyptian cotton sheets, cotton blankets, comforter & duvet. Built-in drawers and closet space fill the sleeping area.
***Bed is to the rear of the studio making it quiet for sleeping. There are also no units above.
