Whether you're into stargazing, skywatching or star struck over Elvis... You might want to check out this suite. It includes the living rooms own private 20-60 x 60 telescope. Serious skywatchers normally bring their own. This one is great to look at the moon crevices, can also see nearby ruins.

Suite #1 has a small BEDROOM.
The queen size bed has a 4" memory form mattress topper and 100% egyptian cotton sheets and cotton comforter, duvet and shams. There is an armoire, a small night-stand and an AM/FM alarm clock radio.

The fully equipped small KITCHEN, seats two at a breakfast bar. There is a larger apartment size refrigerator, microwave, a portable single induction cooktop, toaster oven, slow cooker, 4-cup coffee pot, pots & pans, dishes, flatware, etc.

This apartment suite has a small BATHROOM. There is a 32" x 32" shower only, no tub and a tiny wall hung sink.
***If you are a large person, this historic hotel suite may not work for you. Even though our units are apartment style suites, the rooms are small. They have been sufficient and have worked for most guests that have stayed here. See our reviews HERE...

For an extended stay, this suites best suits a single or cozy couple. ***Can sleep a 3rd person for a night or two. ***(3rd person MUST be pre-approved, as being the unique historic property that we are, we do have a maximum occupancy code in effect and cannot always accommodate a 3rd person. 3rd person fee will also apply).
This small apartment style suite is ideal for an economical vacation rental and is close enough to Sedona for those wanting to check out the red rocks.

Sometimes referred to as our Elvis Suite, this unit is just a down to earth southwestern cowboy style decor with a couple of original lobby posters hanging on the walls from the 1967 locally filmed movie "Stay Away, Joe" starring Elvis Presley. Elvis's style until the limelight got him down! The snap-shot of Elvis in the convertible cadillac was snapped out front the hotel. It was in the movie. Elvis also bought western wear from the western store below the hotel, which at that time was called 'Robinson's Western Wear Clothier'. For more information on the movie and the history of Elvis in Cottonwood go to our Elvis page. The movie is available for viewing in this apartment suite as well as other locally filmed movies. Elvis did not stay here at the Cottonwood Hotel. He stayed in Sedona, closer to where the film crew was staying.

This unit is best suited for a traveling single or a friendly couple. A friendlier 3rd party is okay to sleep on the sleeper sofa. (3 persons are NOT recommended for longer stays, but works for a weekend or over nighter).
The Cottonwood Hotel apartment style suites are ideal for your extended stay, vacation rental, week, overnight or weekend stay. The limited service suites are clean, comfortable and affordable and is preferred best by your independent traveler/guest(s) for the extended longer stay. The suites are chosen over other local hotels/motels rooms and other lodging accommodations by most who have had the opportunity to stay here.
