#7is a well-appointed studio and is available by the night or when you extend your stay/vacation rental.
We love animals as we have three rescue Do-Khyi! We also respect others that have sensitivities to our fury friends, whether they be our pets or any registered guests with a pet.
Suite 7 is a ground floor unit with no one above you and a good sound wall between this suite and owner/managers living quarters. So if your dog barks because of a stranger walking by, it will not disturb other guests in the hotel. We will set up a dog bed and/or blanket and bowls if needed.

LODGING & TEMPORARY HOUSING FOR PEOPLE TRAVELING WITH PETS
We DO NOT ACCEPT CATS. Sorry... I love cats just as much, but due to the protein (from the cat's saliva) which are allergenic and can be strong irritants to people with cat allergies is a real problem in a setting like ours. It is a costly process to remedy, so unfortunately, my little boutique hotel does not have a cat friendly suite.
It is virtually impossible to remove cat odor, sprays and imbedded allergens from rugs, wood flooring and furniture. Approximately 10 million Americans are allergic to cat dander, the most common pet allergen. Cat dander is also one of the smallest and lightest allergens, which means that it easily spreads out to places far away from the cat. Cat dander can float in the air for hours at a time and can be found in homes months after the cat has moved away.
For the longer Vacation Rental Stays ~ 1 Month or longer: $200 Non-Refundable Cleaning/De-Pet Sanitization Fee
– payable in advance for our extended stay vacation rentals. ***Note that this fee is NOT a damage deposit – any damage done by your pet(s) will be withheld from your general security deposit. This fee is simply our way of being sure we can clean wood floors, carpets/rugs (if any), bring in a ozone machine, or do anything else necessary to insure that our next guests have no indication at all that a pet was in residence before them. The fee is non-refundable and compensates us for any extra expense we might incur while providing you with the privilege and convenience of having your pets with you. This expense also costs us up to two full days of not being able to rent the unit after your departure to DE-Pet the unit.
We understand how important it is to keep your pets with you and have calculated our extra charges based on past experience and a desire to be as cost effective for you as possible. If you rent with another provider that doesn’t allow pets, you will have to board your pets elsewhere. For your convenience, a full listing of sources for boarding your pet can be found at http://www.yellowpages.com by entering “Pet Boarding & Kennels” in the Business Name field and “Cottonwood, AZ” in the City and State field and then pressing the Search button.
